RuntimeService#deleteProcessInstance should not invoke custom TaskListeners

      When calling RuntimeService#deleteProcessInstance with the "skipCustomListeners" option set to true, custom task listeners should not be invoked. Note though that built-in listeners like the history listener should nevertheless be invoked.

      There is also a test case for CAM-3453 that should be re-added once this is fixed.
