      What are the steps to reproduce your problem?

      • Create a user in admin with a user ID that already exists

      What is the problem?

      • Two error messages appear. See
      • The second error message doesn't sound good linguistically (a user is not referred to as "it").

      What would be the expected behavior:
      The Server Error is parsed and a single error message is displayed.

      Hints (optional):
      Suggestion to improve the second message linguistically:

      Failed to create user. Please check if a user with this username already exists.
