What are the steps to reproduce your problem?
- Create a user in admin with a user ID that already exists
What is the problem?
- Two error messages appear. See
- The second error message doesn't sound good linguistically (a user is not referred to as "it").
What would be the expected behavior:
The Server Error is parsed and a single error message is displayed.

Failed to create user. Please check if a user with this username already exists.
