On variable change the ifPart is evaluated

      A sentry is currently only evaluated when a plan item transition happens. But whenever a variable is changed the ifPart of a sentry is not evaluated.

      • on variable change the ifPart of a sentry is evaluated

      Note:
      To evaluate the ifPart all onParts and variableOnParts must be fulfilled.
