Problem description:
- Given a process instance with a large number of activity instances
- If I open the instance inside cockpit, the activity instance tree is loaded
Notes:
- there is supposed to be a cutoff value beyond which the tree is not loaded and rendered. That value is 1500.
- apparently this cutoff value is not respected
- customer reported this in runtime but may also be happening in history
