External Tasks | fetchAndLock should work for a single task id

      I have workers which do specialized jobs and needs to complete external tasks by id.

      There could be a new Endpoint like this:
      /external-task/

      {id}

      /fetchAndLock

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
