Problem:

The current release of camunda commons is 1.4.0-alpha3, but was only updated on the engine. Other projects still use the older Version 1.4.0-alpha2, which causes problems for cross references.

Fix:

Update the commons version on the affected components:

dmn-engine
spin
connect
