Cannot enter time values with leading zero (Datepicker)

        enter the following time value 08:08 in the tasklist or cockpit datepicker
      • Problem
        during entering the time value the time input field does not display the leading zero.
      • Expected behavior
        As user I would expect to see what I've entered
