In Cockpit, cleanup visualisation indicates wrong states if job is suspended

      Problem 1

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Make sure that the cleanup job has a dueDate
      2. Suspend the cleanup job
      3. Wait until the cleanup job is due

      Expected behavior

      • The job suspension is indicated
      • I can manually reactivate the cleanup job by clicking "cleanup now"

      Observed behavior
      The cleanup spinner indicates, that the cleanup is currently running

      Problem 2

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Suspend the cleanup job
      2. Set dueDate to null

      Expected behavior

      • The job suspension is indicated
      • I can manually reactivate the cleanup job by clicking "cleanup now"

      Observed behavior
      "Next cleanup will run a few seconds ago"
