Accessing a shared dashboard without any reports returns an error

    Description

      • given:
        • I create a dashboard without any reports
        • I share the dashbaord
      • when:
        • I want to evaluate the shared dashboard
      • then:
        • I get an error message
      • expected:
        • I get the evluated shared dashboard where the shared reports is an empty list, but I can still access the the dashboard name.

      AT:

      • the evaluate shared dashbaord entpoint reports no error for empty dashboards
      • the reponse of the evaluated empty shared dashboard contains all the meta (like name) and the report shares are empty
      • the described behavior is tested
