L3 - Default AT:
- the share entity component is not using the modal component for report sharing anymore, but rather the popover component
- the share entity component is not using the modal component for dashboard sharing anymore, but rather the popover component
- checking the switch button still enables the sharing
- if the switch is unchecked the link area is grayed out and disabled
- if the popover is rendered outside of the widow width, it should be moved in
