Alerts page loads forever on some Report configurations

      Reproduce:

      • Goto Report list page
      • Click "Create new Report"
      • Click Cancel (do not save the new Report)
      • Goto Alerts page

      Expected:

      • I see the Alerts page, defined alerts if I have any or the default No alerts placeholder

      Observed:

      • Loading is displayed forever

      Hint:

      • Data field is null for new Report
