IE11: sharing popover in report builder is placed incorrectly

      • given:
        • I open the internet explorer 11 and log in into Optimize
        • I go to the report builder by clicking on the "Reports" tab and then on "Create new report"
        • I click on save
      • when:
        • I click on the "Share" button
      • then:
        • the sharing popover is rendered on space beyond the visible window (see attached screenshot)
      • expected:
        • the sharing is placed within the visible view like in Chrome or Firefox.
