Reproduce:

• Goto Edit view of any Dashboard
• Remove the name
• Save

Expected:

• I cannot save

Observed:

• I can save

Context:
Dashboards without name cause some interesting things. While nothing breaks in the application, the user cannot click on the Dashboard where he should be able to, e.g. in the list of Dashboards to navigate to the dashboard view. So I think the easiest solution is to define that every dashboard must have a name
