    Description

      We should update React to the latest version 16.3 as it includes out-of-the-box solutions to some problems we have homebrewed solutions right now.

      AT:

      • Optimize uses React version 16.3.x
      • Everything still works
      • Optimize does not use any unsafe lifecycle methods
      • Components that expose refs use the forwardRef API
