Duration Filter: add note re showing finished instances only

      On the Duration Filter modal, the user should be informed that only finished inssances will be shown on the resulting Report.

      Add the following note below the input and select for entering the duration:

      Reports with an active Duration Filter will only show finished instances.

      Make sure the note corresponds to other notes of similar importance on the UI in terms of weight/style (Add Alert modal?)
