Optimize adds process definition with same key and version twice

      • given:
        • Engine and Optimize are up, configured and running
        • I deploy a process definition with key "foo"
        • Optimize imports the process definition
      • when:
        • I delete the deployment and thereby the process definition from the engine
        • I deploy "foo" again
        • "foo" is once again imported to Optimize
      • then:
        • Optimize has two process definition entries with the same key and version
      • expected:
        • Optimize has just one process definition entry and the last version overwrites the first imported version
