Target values below 1ms produce empty target value badge

      Reproduce:

      • Have a duration heatmap with a target value below 1ms, e.g. by entering 0.2 and selecting milliseconds as unit
      • Confirm the modal

      Expected:

      • The target value badge displays 0.2ms

      Observed:

      • The target value badge is empty

      We need to check other places where entering a duration value of below 1ms causes issues
