When
I click on a process instance ID in a raw data table

Then
I will be redirected to the process instance runtime data in cockpit

Problem
In 99,99% the runtime data is not available anymore as the process instance has already been finished.

Improvement
The link should point to the process instance history data because:

• For finished and unfinished process instances the history view provides all information
• The user get's no warning message in cockpit
