Forward login error message from platform

    Description

      After a failed login attempt the user is blocked for some time, but we only show "Please check username and password" error in Optimize.
      In order to show a relevant error message, we need that the Optimize backend forwards the error from the Platform to Optimize frontend.

      AT:

      • Backend returns a relevant error message in case a blocked user tries to login
