Refactor filters structure

      We need to refactor the structure of filter objects in order to make it more consistent and to simplify the implementation of further filters (rolling date variable filter, end date filter, etc.)

      AT:

      • New structure is defined in the REST API wiki
      • Structure of date filters is changed accordingly
      • Structure of variable filters is changed accordingly
