Dates are not formatted in group by start date reports

      Reproduce:

      • create a report with the following configuration:
        • View: Count Process Instance Frequency
        • Group by: Start Date of Process Instance - Month
        • Visualize as: Table

      Expected:

      • Start Date of Process Instance is formatted and displays for example Jul 2018, Jun 2018, ...

      Observed:

      • Start Date of Process Instance displays the raw data string 2018-07-01T00:00:00.000+0000
      • Same applies to other visualizations
