Description
Context:
When I want to select a process defintiion in the report builder, I need to click on the process definition button. As soon as I do that the front-end loads the list of all available process definitions from the back-end. To bridge that time, we show a text saying "loading...". However, the size of the popover shrinks to a minimum during the loading. When the list is loaded the whole popover expands to its full size. This behavior is very iritating, since it makes the popover flash when the loading is fast. We should already expand the popover to its full size when it's loading.
