Show flow node key if flow node name is not avaialble in bar/area/pie chart

      • area/bar/pie charts that are grouped by flow node use the flow node id, if the flow node name is not avaiable

      Context:
      Currently we show just null, if the name is not available (see flow-node-name-in-bar-chart.png)
