L3 - Default AT:
- In the report builder, when selecting a visualization option for the first time a loading indicator should appear while the data is loading until the visualization appears.
- When changing only the visualization (without changing the view or the group by), the new visualization should appear instantly without a loading indicator
Context:
When selecting the visualization option in a low internet speed the view hangs until the data is loaded
also when changing only the visualization, the view also hangs because the is fetched again from the backend
