Renaming a index in an upgrade breaks optimize

        • I upgrade Optimize, which contains an upgrade step
      • then:
        • the upgrade jar does not run successfully
        • or Optimize cannot perform proper requests agains Elasticsearch anymore
      • expected:
        • the upgrade does not cause any problems and Optimize is fully operational on the new/upgraded data structure
