      The goal of this issue is to improve the accessibility of the Optimize UI with focus on keyboard navigation.

      1. Navigation Bar: make logout button accessible by keyboard (see nav-bar-tabbing.png)
      2. Report Builder: make dropdown selections accessible by keyboard (see report.builder.png)
      3. Report Overview: make Duplicate button and Delete button accessible by keyboard (see report-overview.png)
