Optimize does not start when Elasticsearch is not available

        • Elasticsearch is not running
        • Optimize is not running

        • I start Optimize
      • then:
        • Optimize is crashing on startup
      • expected:
        • Optimize is starting up and waiting to connect to Elasticsearch. As soon as Elasticsearch is running Optimize automatically connects to Elasticsearch.

            Review hints:

            • RetryBackoffEngineEntityFetcher.java: It's a matter of taste, but I would keep two separate functions for the method logDebugSleepInformationAndSleep. One for the logging and one for the sleeping.
