Optimize does not start when Elasticsearch is not available

        • I start Optimize
      • then:
        • Optimize is crashing on startup
      • expected:
        • Optimize is starting up and waiting to connect to Elasticsearch. As soon as Elasticsearch is running Optimize automatically connects to Elasticsearch.
