Currently, we always display the absolute date in the list of active filters. E.g. if the user clicks on the "This Week" shortcut, the filter will still say "2017-02-13" - "2017-02-19". We should then display "This Week" instead.

Tradeoff: Can sometimes lead to inconsistent display, e.g. if a user sets a filter for today and then comes back the next day without reloading the page, the displayed data will technically be for yesterday.
