Fix front-end development setup

      AT:

      • when the backend is started in the front-end development setup using yarn run start-backend:
        • the logging is not messed up anymore but the order of the output is clear to the developer
        • it is clear where each logging statement belongs to (e.g. engine, optimize, elasticsearch)
        • the behavior is similar on each operation system
        • there are no errors on the startup
        • there is data deployed on the engine
        • it is easy to extend the data deployment with more diagrams/started processes
