Create new link of empty EntityList is not keyboard accessible

      Reproduce:

      • Goto an empty EntityList (e.g. Alerts)
      • Use Tab to go through the available buttons

      Expected:

      • I can use the keyboard to reach the "Create new Alert..." link

      Observed:

      • The link is not reachable via the keyboard
      • A Warning is printed on compilation and in the development console (development only)
