Footer establishes new websocket connection on each navigation

      Reproduce:

      • Go to the Reports page
      • Go to the Dashboard page

      Expected:

      • Since the Footer is present in both views, it does not establish a new websocket connection or requests the version

      Observed:

      • It does

      Hint:

      • This is closely related to how private routes work. One possible solution could be to have the footer outside of the private route
