Refactor building of filter into a single class

      AT:

      • I can use a single builder class do build the filter for the report/branch analysis
      • This class allows to build all kinds of filters
      • I can define several filter also of different types in one go

      Hint:
      Currently, we have the VariableFilterUtilHelper, DateUtilHelper and ExecutedFlowNodeFilterBuilder classes. For all other filters we just build them by hand. It would be so much better to have one interface to build them all.
