      AT:

      • if I run an alpha version of Optimize rest endpoint for retrieving the version actually returns the alpha version of Optimize (raw version)
      • if I run a SNAPSHOT version of Optimize the rest endpoint for retrieving the version actually returns the SNAPSHOT version of Optimize (raw version)
      • upgrading optimize still works without explicitly stating the version to upgrade to
      • it is tested that the cutting algorithm works correctly with 2.3.0, 2.3.0-alpha1 and 2.3.0-SNAPSHOT as input

      Hint:
think about if it actually makes sense to cut the version. The only reason I can spontaneously think of, is to get the correct upgrade script.
