move process part to process definition popover

      • the process part will be selected in the process definition pop over
      • we have toggle switch to enable it (it should be clear that it’s optional):
      • if the toggle is switched, then
        the diagram size/popover size gets increased a lot
      • I see the sentence of the process part describing what I can do (like right now in the modal)
      • in the diagram I can select start and end as process part, which is highlighted (like it’s done right now in the modal)
        When I defined a process part, this is also depicted in the control panel and is part of the process definition selection item
