What are the steps to reproduce your problem?
1. Configure multiple engines
2. One of the engines is not available
3. Login fails and I cannot log in to optimize
What is the problem?
I cannot login even though one of the engines is available.
What would be the expected behavior:
I can login and see only the process definitions for the engine that is available.
