      • If a dashboard or report is shared, this information is visible in the dashboard/report list, e.g. using an icon
      • The REST API includes the information about the sharing status in the response of the dashboard / report list, so that no additional request is necessary.

      Hint:

      This feature was initially implemented for version 2.1.0 (OPT-1087) and then removed in 2.3.0, because the implementation relied on issuing two requests (one for the entity list data and one for the sharing status), slowing down loading time for the EntityList pages.
