As the current naming causes confusion among customers we decided to rename the two optimize distributions from
full => production (w/o elasticsearch)
Standalone => demo (w elasticsearch)
AT:
- artifacts are renamed accordingly
- Installation guide in documentation is changed accordingly
- Enterprise Download page is changed accordingly (https://docs.camunda.org/enterprise/download/#camunda-optimize)
