Context:
Currently, it is possible to adjust against which version the upgrade performance test is running. This has the advantage that you can manually run the performance test against all possible version upgrades in Optimize. However, we only support the upgrade for the latest version. Thus, it does not makes sense to make that adjustable. Also we don't have update the hardcodede upgrade versions manually after each minor release.
