L3 - Default Description
Context:
In the alert model we show a hint in case the email service is not configured that the user won't receive any notifications when defining alerts. This hint also contains a link to the latest version of the configuration. However, since the user can use older versions than the latest, we should rather link to the configuration of the Optimize version the user is currently using.
