Use the new rest client to write data to Elasticsearch

      • The new rest client is used to write data to Elasticsearch, in particular:
        • all data that is imported from the engine, e.g. process instances, activity instances, etc.
        • entities that are used in Optimize, e.g reports, dashboards, collections
        • the management of the license
      • the new rest client is used to evaluate a report
