Description

AT:

include it as a jar without dependencies but provide an execution script that adds the backend jar to the classpath when running the reimport jar
documentation is adjusted to reflect the new location
reimport jar is removed from doc repository

Note: evaluate similiar approach for the upgrade jar, create new task if necessary
