      Given:

      • there are changes in optimize-commons module or plugin module

      When:

      • start-backend.js is executed

      Then:

      • the backend is built using an outdated optimize-commons & plugin dependency what either leads to compile errors or unexpected behavior

      Expected:

      • modules backend depends on are rebuild, except client
