        • I create a single process bar/line chart report
        • I create a goal line close to where the tooltips
      • when:
        • I hover over the bars/points in the chart
      • then:
      • expected:
        • the tooltip overlays the goalline
      • such that:
        • I can still read whats in the tooltip even when the goal line is on the tooltip
