Show scrollbar in mac when div is scrollable

      Newer versions of Mac OSX hides scrollbars while not in use to make it seem more "slick", but at the same time, users cannot know when a div is scrollable, This problem appears in Optimize in Typeahead Component that is used in:

      • dashboard report selection
      • variable selection in the filter panel of report edit mode

      Expected:
      scrollbar appears, when div is scrollable
