With CAM-9059 new permissions that a User can set either Read, Update, Create, Delete or All for Reports and Dashboards were added to the Engine.

We concluded that from Admin we only want to authorize if a user is allowed to EDIT (Reports, Alarms & Dashboards) and/or SHARE (Reports, Dashboards) globally in Optimize.
In order to do that a new Optimize Authorization report type will be added with CAM-10412. Optimize Access will still be managed via Application Authorizations.
