I can export all reports as CSV

      endpoint format:

      /api/export/csv/{report_id}/some_name.csv
      • given
        • report exists
      • when
        • I request csv export on given url format
      • then
        • raw data in csv format is returned as octet stream

      AT:

      • enable this behavior for all decision reports (raw/map/number results)
      • enable this behavior for process reports with a number result
