• after executing the upgrade 2.3 -> 2.4 all decision reports have a non-empty xml property set (given the decision definition is present)

Notes:
xml property is empty for 2.3 decision reports. However with 2.4 editing and existing report and switching to group by matched rule where the xml is needed would lead to a crash as the xml is assumed to be already filled when selecting the decision definition.
