Right now the information how many instances are in the current filter are done in the Filter component. In order to display this information, we pass the processInstanceCount to the Filter component.

I think it makes sense to move this functionality to the parent component (ReportControlPanel) because right now we need to check in the Filter whether we can display this information (in the Analysis page, the Filter does not get this information)
