I don't get assistance when creating a report

    Description

      Reproduce:

      • Create a new Report

      Expected:

      • In the ReportBlankSlate, there is a message displayed what I have to do

      Observed:

      • No such message is displayed

      Hint:
      The ReportBlankSlate sometimes receives a message prop, and sometimes an errorMessage prop. We should use only one way to pass such a message. The ReportBlankSlate only displays the errorMessage prop
