User Task import

      AT:

      • user tasks are imported
      • user operation logs for user tasks are imported and associated with the corresponding user task they belong to
        • each log event is stored in a dedicated structure (gives most flexibility extending anaylsis on mid/long-term)
        • all log events are efficiently groupable by their corresponding usertask
      • the following metrics are precalculated during the import to be available for report evaluation
        • idleTime (first operation log claimTime - startTime)
        • workTime (endTime - first operation log claimTime)
        • totalDuration (endTime - startTime OR just taken from task-instance response)
      • docs are updated with new configuration parameters
      • no tests beyond ensuring regression of existing tests, new test will be added in the context of OPT-1945
